개요 (Overview)

더 이상 사용하지 않는 Gemini PR 자동 리뷰 워크플로를 제거합니다.

주요 변경 사항

• .github/workflows/gemini-review.yml 삭제
• 운영 배포와 워크플로 제거 내역을 작업 기록에 추가
• Java CI와 백엔드·프런트엔드 배포 워크플로는 유지

테스트 및 검증 (Verification)

• git diff --check 오류 없음
• 최종 변경 범위가 Gemini 워크플로 삭제와 작업 기록으로 한정된 것을 확인

체크리스트 (Checklist)

• Gemini PR 자동 리뷰 워크플로 제거
• 기존 CI·배포 워크플로 변경 없음
