Modernize algorithm implementations and expand regression coverage - #30

Conversation
Update the C++ and Python examples across backtracking, brain teasers, data structures, dynamic programming, graphs, searching, and sorting. Correct edge cases, tighten input handling, and improve ownership and traversal behavior in implementations such as red-black trees, topological sort, graph search, and sorting. Add regression cases throughout the language-specific test suites, including empty and singleton inputs, duplicate values, disconnected graphs, invalid inputs, and boundary conditions. Configure each C++ example consistently for C++17 and retain the existing per-project structure. Refresh the test workflow actions and rework run_tests.sh to discover affected projects, support Python-only, C++-only, and full-suite selections, isolate temporary build directories, and report project failures. Update the documented compiler requirement to C++17.
