Upgrade @vscode/vsce to v4.0.0 across extensions - #92

Conversation
Bump @vscode/vsce ^3.9.1 -> ^4.0.0 in both extensions. vsce 4 drops the secretlint -> globby -> fast-glob -> micromatch -> braces chain (braces has no patched 3.x release, so this is the only fix) and pulls patched markdown-it and undici. It requires Node >= 22, which CI already uses. The remaining alerts sit under eslint and vitest, not vsce, so they are lockfile-only refreshes within existing ranges: - brace-expansion 5.0.9 -> 5.0.12 (eslint > minimatch) - source-map-js 1.2.1 -> 1.2.2 (vitest > vite > postcss) - fast-uri drops out of the tree with secretlint npm audit: 0 vulnerabilities.
