The LruCache contracts match the Android and managed APIs, and the accepted generated-member and placeholder scope is preserved.

The scope intentionally excludes generated binding members and leaves 778 scoped Android.Util placeholders (including 6 in LruCache) where the official reference does not provide precise documentation.
