Summary

• Document Java.Lang.Runtimes and its ObjectMethods and SwitchBootstraps APIs.
• Add source-backed descriptions for record-object and switch bootstrap methods, including their parameters and results.
• Document managed JNI binding members and remove every scoped XML documentation placeholder.
