The updated .NET 11 SDK needs servicing reference, host, and ILLink packs that are unavailable from the existing package sources. Add validated public feeds for the exact versions required by CI. Xamarin.MacDev's nested NuGet.config clears the repository feeds, so its projects cannot restore the servicing packs added for this dependency bump. Pass RestoreConfigFile to the solution build and rebuild when the root feed list changes. The submodule clears inherited NuGet sources, hiding the servicing packs required by the updated SDK from test and other project restores. Use its existing override hook to select the repository NuGet.config everywhere. The updated F# SDK now embeds its generated ILLink substitutions in fsharplibrary. Its generic descriptor names optional resources that this fixture does not produce, so linked monotouch-test builds fail with IL2040. Supply a project-specific descriptor that removes only the four compressed metadata resources actually present, preserving the intended trimming without suppressing linker diagnostics. Update the existing F# assembly resource test to expect the embedded descriptor on every Apple platform.
