@karelz @dotnet/ncl This appears to be the same loopback-server race previously confirmed with the WinHTTP team in #33930: after sending GOAWAY and the final response,
Http2LoopbackConnection.HandleRequestAsyncimmediately shuts down the server send side. WinHTTP can observe that FIN before surfacing its buffered response data, discard the buffers, and report error 12030.The current failures span x86/x64/arm64 and CoreCLR/NativeAOT across unrelated HTTP/2 tests. #126867 is a narrower duplicate whose
[ActiveIssue]only skips x64; I suggest using #130458 as the canonical tracker and investigating a WinHTTP-safe loopback teardown that keeps the connection open until the client processes/disposes the response. #132004 uses SocketsHttpHandler and appears separate.Note
