    Also failed on linux-musl-arm64 https://helix.dot.net/api/2019-06-17/jobs/117e9e76-3312-4364-86ec-bbda40838b38/workitems/System.Xml.Linq.Misc.Tests/console. Maybe we should convert it to a Known Build Error with template so BA doesn't fail.
