[ci-scan] Test failure: SOS.UnitTests fails on Windows x64 DAC/cDAC legs in runtime-diagnostics #132073
The SOS.UnitTests suite fails in the runtime-diagnostics pipeline (definition 309) on the Windows x64 release DAC / cDAC legs. The Build / Test task reports Tests failed: ...\SOS.UnitTests_net10.0_x64.html and the build exits with code 1. The failure reproduces on the DAC_windows_x64_release, cDAC_windows_x64_release, cDAC_verify_windows_x64_release, and cDAC_fallback_windows_x64_release legs of the source build and persists into the follow-up build, so it is a stable, non-transient signature.
Build error leg or test failing: Build / Test — SOS.UnitTests (-methodfilter SOS*) on Windows x64 release DAC/cDAC legs.
The specific failing SOS scenario is recorded in the SOS.UnitTests_net10.0_x64.html test-results artifact attached to each failing build; the console log only surfaces the aggregate XUnit failure.
Filed by the CI outer-loop failure scanner (ci-failure-scan). This issue was created automatically for Build Analysis correlation. Mitigation is handled separately by ci-failure-fix.

Looks like this was a transient issue before the diagnostics repo pulled in new runtime source.
Closing as the leg is no longer failing.
Fix runtime diagnostics SOS test configuration (#133734)
