    The fixes are being tracked in these two PRs:

    • Fix runtime diagnostics SOS test configuration #133734 updates runtime-diagnostics to publish and restore the cDAC transport package produced by the runtime build. This keeps mscordaccore_universal and mscordbi_universal on the exact version expected by the runtime under test, fixing the missing/mismatched DBI setup reported here.
    • Test dual runtimes in cDAC-only mode diagnostics#6026 updates DualRuntimes for strict cDAC-only mode. Desktop .NET Framework does not support cDAC, so the test now verifies the expected data-access failure after selecting the desktop runtime instead of expecting desktop DAC commands to succeed.
