POST /api/v1/scan accepts an optional requester_title_id. When that title is the only running game, the only runtime ShellCore holds, and a managed folder source, the requested scan runs immediately instead of waiting for the title to exit. The scan leaves the requester untouched. Advertised as the rescan_requester_title capability. Refs drakmor#166

POST /api/v1/games/delete and /api/v1/games/uninstall accept an optional requester_title_id. When that title is an eligible requester (as for a requester scan) and names another title, the delete or uninstall goes ahead while it runs instead of being refused with game_active or runtime_prepared, and the follow-up scan runs on its behalf. A requester can never target itself. Advertised as the delete_requester_title and uninstall_requester_title capabilities.

Pre-scan for the requester before unmounting any shared-source title.
An eligible requester can submit a delete for a different title that shares its managed-folder source. release_storage_source_runtime can unmount earlier matching titles, then return EBUSY when it reaches the requester. The job fails after those runtime layers were released. The recovery scan may reconcile them later, but there is no rollback for the earlier releases.

Tested and working fully on 13.60. Can install and remove apps whilst this 'manager' is open. |
An uninstall from an eligible requester (requester_title_id) was let past the game_active check, but releasing the target's runtime mount still refused because a game was running: the requester itself. A folder game attached since it was installed was then refused with title_unmount_busy until it had been launched once or the console restarted. The release now skips that check for an allowed requester, exactly as when no game runs; every other caller is unchanged. A requester scan protects the requester and any title ShellCore prepares while it runs, but its stale image cleanup unmounted any cached image whose source had gone, without asking who uses it. If ShellCore prepared an image-backed title meanwhile, it could lose its image before launch. Requester scans now skip that cleanup; the next ordinary scan does it, as every scan did while a game ran before requester scans existed. af7e6ff let an allowed requester's uninstall past the "a game is running" check, but beginning the release refused it twice more with the same EBUSY: the requester is the title ShellCore holds, so the target counted as a different title, and the uninstall holds the external mutation itself, which a public release waits on. For an allowed requester only, neither now blocks; every other check, and every other caller, is unchanged.
