Reviewed the dependency updates and fixed the upgraded formatter's Markdown output. CI also exposed a CLI lifecycle failure on Node 22: after exhausting connection attempts, setting exitCode could leave the process alive. The fatal path now terminates explicitly. Local type checks, lint, full tests, browser/sandbox/rewrite checks, Node 22 startup integration tests, MCP build, logging shutdown/rollover checks and formatting pass. The full Node 22/24 CI matrix, coverage, bridge/packaging checks, TypeScript compatibility, CodeQL, rewrite check and Vercel all pass.

Upgrade the non-major dependencies and align Markdown with the upgraded formatter. Ensure the CLI terminates after exhausting connection attempts, even when Node 22 stream or logging resources would otherwise keep it alive.
Local type checks, lint, full tests, browser/sandbox/rewrite checks, Node 22 startup integration tests and logging shutdown checks pass. The full Node 22/24 CI matrix, TypeScript compatibility, coverage, bridge/packaging checks, CodeQL and Vercel pass.
