Description

​The primary documentation for the prototype instantiation IL is still on the
​legacy macro, PROTOTYPE_INSTANTIATIONS_IN_IL. It should be moved to precede
​the current macro, ALL_TEMPLATE_INFO_IN_IL.

    This was fixed by #263, which landed on main as 9847356. Because the commit was merged outside the PR, the issue didn't close automatically. Could one of you close it?
