Adds a mult-purpose proxy sitting in-front of the standard Caddy deployment. It's main usage is to provide a maintenance page for scheduled downtimes, but can be adjusted to particular needs by defining the Caddyfile contents with the
drydock-edge-proxy-caddyfilepatch, which replaces the default Caddyfile for the edge-proxy.
