What

Add a minimal examples/docs-grep-agent/ console app that answers Bashkit docs questions with LangChain 1.0 create_agent, uv, Python, streaming output, optional one-line tool-call logging, and gpt-5.5-low by default.

Add readonly filesystem support to Bashkit and expose it through the Python bindings and LangChain create_bash_tool helpers, so the example can mount docs/examples while blocking filesystem mutation and copy-out.

Why

We want a public-chat-style example that answers Bashkit questions from mounted docs using the builtin Bash tool directly, without custom corpus/tool plumbing.

How

• Add ReadOnlyFs wrapper and BashBuilder::readonly_filesystem.
• Thread readonly mode, files, mounts, and allowed mount paths through Python and LangChain bindings.
• Build the docs agent around native create_agent and bash scripts produced by the model.
• Mount public docs, rustdoc guides, and curated examples under /docs, with a system prompt entrypoint index.
• Add self-tests, binding tests, docs, and spec updates.
