## What Mark repo-local workflow skills as internal and add a regression test that the default public skills inventory contains only `bashkit`. ## Why `npx skills add everruns/bashkit` should not offer private workflow skills like `process-issues` or `ship` during normal discovery. ## How Set `metadata.internal: true` on the workflow skills and test the committed `SKILL.md` inventory from cargo tests. Verified default `skills` discovery shows only `bashkit`; internal discovery still shows all three with `INSTALL_INTERNAL_SKILLS=1`. ## Risk - Low - Public skill discovery remains intentionally narrow; private workflow skills are still readable in the public repo, only hidden from normal skills discovery. ## Checklist - [x] Tests added or updated - [x] Backward compatibility considered
