Summary

• Disable the raw threaded aiokafka producer when exactly-once transactions are active.
• Route buffered sends through the asynchronous topic publish path, which selects the transaction manager.
• Preserve the configured threaded path for non-transactional apps and add regression coverage for both paths.

Addresses #177.

• Producer, aiokafka-driver, and topic suites: 223 passed, 3 skipped.
