The booking scheduled IN_TWO_HOURS should have two reminders generated for it (1h and 15m), because the 24h reminder is in the past. The tests were mistakenly asserting only 1. Updated assertions in `apps/api/src/system/workers/outbox.dispatcher.spec.ts` to expect 2 reminders instead of 1, fixing the failing test suite. Fixes the failing test suite in the API workspace by correcting the expected reminder counts in
outbox.dispatcher.spec.ts. The implementation generates both a1hand15mreminder for a booking starting in 2 hours, so the tests should expect 2 reminders, not 1.PR created automatically by Jules for task 16562811375212543533 started by @fdaei
