- README: macOS baselines from the actual binaries (minos 11.0 arm64, 10.12 x86_64), plus a Troubleshooting section covering the locked-keychain error, Gatekeeper on browser downloads, the Tebako trailer warning, and the first-run runtime download.
- docs/release.md gains the rollback policy: no versioned formulas, revert the Formula PR, never overwrite published releases.
- The 2026-08-21 release plan doc is fully implemented and removed.
The README now states the macOS baselines (11+ Apple Silicon, 10.12+ Intel, from the built binaries) and gains a troubleshooting section covering the locked login keychain, Gatekeeper on browser downloads, the Tebako trailer warning, and the first-run runtime download. The rollback policy (no versioned formulas; revert the Formula PR) moves to docs/release.md. The release plan doc has served its purpose and is removed.
