declare the v0.20 adapters (`@seamless-auth/express` ^0.22.0, `fastify` ^0.13.0, `nextjs` ^0.6.0,
and the Go, Python and Rust adapters at 0.3), which work against auth API v0.21.0. A scaffolded
project can move to the v0.21 adapters by bumping the ranges in its own `package.json`, `go.mod`,
`Cargo.toml` or `pyproject.toml`.
