Refs fells-code/seamless-auth-api#561. Release-day sweep, held until every v0.23 package is published. Stacked on #169. Merge order: #165, #166, #167, #169, then this one. #168 (matrix) is independent.

  • Roles and permissions, webhooks, login hooks and custom claims, SIEM: the "not released yet" asides become "needs auth API v0.23.0". Console and CLI lines name v0.14.0 and 0.30.0. The Versions tables say Released or Published with the real versions.
  • Native apps and CLI reference: provider sign-in is in seamless-cli 0.28.0 (already published; the pages still said 0.27.2), and needs API v0.23.0.
  • Okta and Entra ID comparisons: the roles, extensibility and audit rows describe what v0.23.0 ships. The "you need permissions in the token now" reason to pick them is dropped, and v0.23 leaves the planned milestones list.
  • Migrate from Auth0: Actions map to login hooks and custom claims.
  • Syslog stays "v0.23.1, not released" (Ship syslog audit sinks in 0.23.1 with the Fells Code IANA enterprise number seamless-auth-api#586).

Check every version against the published releases before marking ready. They come from release PRs seamless-auth-oidc-provider#59, seamless-auth-server#280, seamless-auth-admin-dashboard#344 and seamless-cli#360.

Drops the not released notes from the roles, webhooks, hooks and claims, SIEM,
native apps and CLI pages, names the released versions, and updates the Okta,
Entra ID and Auth0 pages for permissions, hooks, claims and SIEM streaming.
