Summary

Rewords the <llms-only> text in the Docs quickstart's "Set up your coding agent" step. This text only appears in the agent-facing quickstart.md.

- Complete this step yourself by running the command directly. Don't ask the user to run it. Install the `fern-docs` skill for the user's agent, then continue with the quickstart.
+ If you can run shell commands, install the `fern-docs` skill for the user's agent, then continue with the quickstart.

Why: when fetched content tells an agent to run npx "without asking the user", it reads like prompt injection. Some agents flag or ignore instructions like that, and a human reading the .md page finds it odd. The new wording still has the agent run the install itself when it can. The command and the per-agent flags stay the same. The rendered page for humans doesn't change.
