Document first-class Trailer operations

• add first-class Trailer overview, towing connection, Equipment, and telematics guides
• place Trailers directly after Vehicles in the Fleet-Ops resource navigation
• clarify that Trailers are independently identified and managed fleet assets, while Equipment remains ancillary
• update Vehicle, Device, telematics, maintenance, core-concept, and Fleet-Ops overview guidance

Validation

• pnpm test — 12 tests passed
• API reference generation from the Postman collection — 21 Trailer endpoints generated
• production build compilation reached the runtime configuration gate and then stopped because local Ghost credentials were not configured
• repository-wide lint has an existing baseline outside these documentation files
