What changed

• archive the completed v0.7.0 npm release open loop
• replace the active release-gap impression with a verified-release route
• update the project summary with the public npm and npx verification result
• convert the v0.7.0 release-candidate document into the final release record

Why

v0.7.0 is now live on npm and GitHub, so the repository should not continue telling future agents that latest is v0.1.0 or that the public quick start is blocked.

Impact

Future recall now routes to the verified release state and no longer treats v0.7.0 publishing as unresolved work. Product code and package contents are unchanged.
