The 8.0.0 milestone is due 10 November 2026, the scheduled .NET 11 general availability. #108 is on that milestone.

The README, landing page, Dynamitey page, CONTRIBUTING, and release notes name that date. 7.0.0 stays the last release for .NET Framework 4.6.1 through 4.8.1.

That is the scheduled .NET 11 general availability. The date is on the 8.0.0 milestone.
