After #1460 and #1461, AGENTS.md, the README, the template README and the shared frontend rules still said Vite 7, TypeScript 5 and Node 20+. They now say Vite 8, TypeScript 6 and Node 20.19+ or 22.13+, which matches the new
enginesfield. Text only. Part of #1453.
