Fixed in e9e8793 - added build;buildTransitive to the Serilog PackageReference's IncludeAssets, resolving the build-pre-release buildcheck failure (Serilog 4.4.0 ships build/buildTransitive assets that were being excluded). Board moved to Development; CI will re-run.
