Outcome
Move the active mainline from CLI onboarding to existing Codex desktop and ZCode conversations. Correct English/Chinese README expectations and supersede conflicting historical execution order.
Implementation
Add a developer-only two-host hook probe with no messaging, file/network access, global installation or permission changes. It still needs Node and is not a shipped GUI integration. Native loading, MCP identity binding and directed desktop delivery remain unverified.
Validation
Five probe tests pass. Full unit regression: 412 passed, one optional native test skipped. 55 schema cases and seven transition cases pass. Plugin manifest validation, 126 Markdown documents and the experiment guide pass their checks. Evidence and native acceptance procedure are committed.
Tracks #156; does not close it. No desktop collaboration success or independent adoption claimed.
