Mainline outcome
Three delegated lanes covered Codex, ZCode and independent product review. Main integrated a source-backed native identity diagnostic, corrected SessionId versus ThreadId, fixed the plugin wrapper and removed an unused hook-rewrite fallback.
Scope
One no-write diagnostic MCP tool, passive official Codex endpoint preflight, native caller projection, focused tests and evidence. No coordinator join/send/wake, global installation, desktop restart or private chat reads. Codex default public daemon endpoint is absent; native desktop pickup and delivery remain unverified. Checkpoint delivery is a first slice, not a claim of idle wake.
Verification
422 unit tests pass, one optional native test skips. 15 targeted desktop checks pass. Schema/state 55+7, 129 standard Markdown files plus experiment guide and plugin manifest validation pass. Independent internal review approves the diagnostic increment only.
Tracks #156; does not close product acceptance. Existing desktop native test requires operator-coordinated installation and disposable conversations.
