Bumps io.sentry:sentry-android from 8.50.1 to 8.61.0.

Supersedes #1173.

Notable upstream changes

• 8.55.0: ANR profiling moved out of experimental (chore(android): Graduate ANR profiling out of experimental sentry-java#6042). The Capacitor SDK does not expose ANR profiling options yet; that will be a follow-up.
• 8.51.0: Outbox/cache directories are created lazily. No impact: envelopes are sent via InternalSentrySdk.captureEnvelope, not written to the outbox directly.
• 8.58.0 / 8.59.0: dataCollection added on Android, sendDefaultPii deprecated.
• 8.59.0: Direct Sentry.logger() / Sentry.metrics() calls are captured regardless of enable flags. No impact on Capacitor.
• 8.61.0: Items are dropped and reported as callback_error when a beforeSend* callback or sampler throws.
• Plus Session Replay deadlock/ANR fixes, ANR profile chunk fixes, MemoryLimiter exit reporting, and Native SDK 0.15.4 → 0.17.3.

Testing

Built the SDK, linked it with yalc into all three sample apps (ionic-angular-v7, ionic-angular-v8, ionic-vue3), and ran ./gradlew assembleDebug with JDK 21 using the same flags as CI. All three build successfully and resolve sentry-android-core:8.61.0.
