fix(sentry): Prevent NotAllowedError from spamming Sentry for clipboard operations

Previously, NotAllowedError exceptions thrown by navigator.clipboard.writeText (e.g., when a user denies clipboard permission or the document is not focused) were being captured by Sentry.captureException in src/components/copyPromptButton/index.tsx and src/components/agentSetupCallout/index.tsx.

This change updates the error handling in these components to use Sentry.logger.warn instead of Sentry.captureException for these expected environmental errors. This aligns the behavior with src/components/smartLink.tsx, which already handles similar clipboard errors by logging a warning, thus reducing Sentry noise from non-actionable exceptions.

i dont think there are other error types in a copy to clipboard scenario so i wonder if we just switch this to an error log vs capture exception
