certifi2026.10.19 removes trust in the compromised eMudhra/emSign CA roots (release). Tracked in VULN-3216.requirements.txt: 2025.7.14 → 2026.10.19Only the
certifipin changes, nothing else. The date-based version jump is a normal CA-bundle refresh, with no API changes. Not installed or tested here, so CI is the check.
