`hono-4 (deno)` occasionally failed on CI with `http://localhost:38787 is already used` before the app even started.
Root cause: Playwright starts the event proxy first, and the proxy's callback server listens on port `0`, so the kernel assigns it a random port from the Linux ephemeral range (32768–60999). 38787 falls inside that range, so the callback server can occasionally land on it, and Playwright's TCP-connect check for the app port then reports it as taken.
This moves every e2e app that used 38787 (hono and cloudflare apps, gen-ai-libraries) to wrangler's default 8787, which is outside the ephemeral range.
