Bumps oxlint 1.75.0 -> 1.89.0, oxlint-tsgolint 7.0.2003 -> 7.0.2004 and oxfmt 0.70.0 -> 0.74.0, with the fallout fixed in place:
font-familylists and stops aligning inline TOML comments in markdown code blocks.react/set-state-in-effect,typescript/no-implied-evalandtypescript/no-useless-empty-exportin three test files, which are intentional there and get disable comments.node-rolldowne2e app pinned rolldown 1.2.5, which emits duplicate CJS wrapper names (require_context$1declared twice) and crashes the bundle at load, so it moves to 1.2.14.
