Problem
Twelve ledger files and FORK.md still describe upstream states that changed between 2026-10-02 and 2026-10-19: agent-substrate#2530 closed without a fix, agent-substrate#1906, agent-substrate#2099 and agent-substrate#2190 merged, kagent-dev#32 merged and in the pin, agent-substrate#1979 and kagent-dev#16 closed, the actor-JWT commits released in v0.5.0 and v0.5.0-alpha4, the ate-idp-server chart rendered upstream, and the egress-during-resume, credential-refusal and additional-providers rows filed as agent-substrate#2117, agent-substrate#2555 and kagent-dev#90 while their files still said "to file".
Change
Each file's
Upstreamline states today's verified state with the SHA, date and the release that carries it; FORK.md no longer says the upstream repositories have issues disabled and names the Postgres Secret patch as merged.
