Fixed the spec compliance failures (Agent Plugins 1.0 layout: $schema added, hooks moved to com.github.copilot/hooks/hooks.json, no unsupported top-level fields). Updated ref/sha/version to v0.2.1. /rerun-intake
/reject The plugin's main premise—that Business and Enterprise have no per-user limit—no longer matches GitHub's native user-level AI-credit budgets, which cap total consumption and enforce a hard stop. This local hook cannot stop plain-text model charges, relies on an undocumented usage endpoint, and has no demonstrated functional Copilot tests for its warning and denial paths. It does not currently establish enough differentiated, reliable value beyond native billing controls.
A maintainer rejected copilot-credit-guard, and the submission issue has been closed.
