Key Features

  • /speckit.gh-address-cr.address: iterates through unresolved PR review threads with test-first verification proof, auto-replying and resolving threads through the runtime state engine.
  • /speckit.gh-address-cr.review: ingests structured review findings (from linters, security audits, or AI reviewers) and reconciles them alongside active GitHub review threads.
  • /speckit.gh-address-cr.gate: mandatory final-gate verification proving zero unaddressed review threads and passing validation evidence before completion.
  • /speckit.gh-address-cr.doctor: diagnostic inspection of gh CLI auth, gh-address-cr binary availability, and current PR session state.
  • Safe trust boundaries: strictly restricts edits to the PR head branch, forbids force-pushing, remote reconfiguration, or PR closures.
  • Stacked PR awareness: native revision_binding.v2 layer isolation.

Testing Checklist

  • Extension installs successfully via download URL
  • All commands execute without errors
  • Documentation is complete and accurate

Testing Details

Tested on: macOS (Darwin) with Spec Kit v0.12.5.dev0.

Test project: https://github.com/RbBtSn0w/spec-kit-extensions

Test scenarios:

  1. Installed locally via specify extension add --dev ./gh-address-cr --force: manifest, 4 commands, and configuration template detected cleanly.
  2. Verified all 4 commands: /speckit.gh-address-cr.doctor, /speckit.gh-address-cr.address, /speckit.gh-address-cr.review, and /speckit.gh-address-cr.gate.
  3. Verified fallback promotion guidance in check-runtime.sh when gh-address-cr binary is absent.
  4. Verified contract tests: test-manifest.sh, test-commands.sh, and test-runtime-fallback.sh all passed.
  5. Ran upstream catalog test suite: pytest tests/test_extensions.py::TestExtensionCatalog tests/test_extensions.py::TestCatalogEntry (70 passed in 0.50s).

Example Usage

# Install from release
specify extension add gh-address-cr --from https://github.com/RbBtSn0w/spec-kit-extensions/releases/download/gh-address-cr-v0.1.0/gh-address-cr.zip

# Run doctor diagnostics
/speckit.gh-address-cr.doctor

# Address review comments with test proof
/speckit.gh-address-cr.address owner/repo 123

# Run final gate completion proof
/speckit.gh-address-cr.gate

Additional Context

This submission follows the maintainer guidance on PR #4955 to submit via the extension submission template.
gh-address-cr eliminates hallucinated review responses and unproven fixes by requiring concrete test proof and final-gate verification before completion.
