Applies the releaseVersion 2.9.2 change from #33407 to compute (alpha, beta, preview, v1).

The nightly codegen can't open this PR: the change touches all four Compute.java files (~12 MB each), and code-suggester's create-tree request fails with "input too large". Until it lands, every regeneration of compute hits the same error.

The diff is exactly what the generator produces for every other client in this rollout: the pom version/name, the README dependency snippets, and the version string in Compute.java. compute's discovery revisions haven't changed since #33368.

Apply the releaseVersion 2.9.2 change from #33407 to compute. The generated
diff only changes the version strings, but code-suggester cannot open this PR
because the four Compute.java files (~12 MB each) exceed the size limit of
GitHub's create-tree API.
