Bun Git dependencies need a package at the repository root. The renderer was available only under
packages/render, which forced consumers to commit a packed archive.Move the single TypeScript manifest and lockfile to the repository root, keep implementation/tests/examples under
packages/render, and point public exports directly at those files. The package version is read from the root manifest (1.0.1 candidate). No installer hook, forwarding implementation, or copied dependency list is added. Release publication follows consumer qualification.Validation: local typecheck, 45 unit tests, 36 browser tests with the existing two workers, six example tests, and all maintained example commands passed. The Linux/macOS workflow also checks a fresh consumer installing this reviewed Git revision and compiling D2 through its installed worker.
