📊 Exploring the Relationship Between Psychological Traits, Demographics, and Media Exposure

A behavioral data analytics project performing statistical hypothesis testing and exploratory data analysis (EDA) on a neuroscience study dataset of sectarian Iraqis in Amman, Jordan.


📌 Overview

This project analyzes psychological traits, demographic factors, and media exposure (news clips) to evaluate key hypotheses regarding human behavioral and cognitive responses.

Key statistical techniques used:

  • Two-Sample T-Tests (scipy.stats.ttest_ind)
  • Pearson Linear Correlation (scipy.stats.pearsonr)
  • Two-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) (statsmodels.formula.api.ols, sm.stats.anova_lm)
  • Data Visualization (seaborn, matplotlib)

🔬 Statistical Hypotheses & Key Findings
