Fixes #2362.

When test results stack into one column on small screens, keep the verdict and test navigation in normal flow so scrolling to a selected test cannot hide its details underneath the navigation. Keep the sticky navigation in the desktop side-by-side layout.

Validation:

• make test: 1,603 passed, 48 excluded.
• make test-fe: typecheck and production build passed.
• make lint-js, make credo (strict), and make dialyzer: passed.
• Chromium at 393 × 852: reproduced the overlap with the original styling, then confirmed the selected test is fully visible after the fix. At 1440 × 1000, confirmed desktop navigation remains sticky and does not overlap test details.

Before/after mobile and desktop screenshots were captured during local browser verification.
