Bumps the version to 0.21.1 in
src/hex_core.app.src,src/hex_core.hrlandREADME.mdand adds the CHANGELOG section for #252. With #254 merged, merging this runs the Release workflow, which tags the merge commitv0.21.1, publishes to Hex and creates the GitHub release from the CHANGELOG section. If this is merged first, the release runs when #254 is merged and the tag goes on that merge commit.The package
MIX_EXS=publish.exs mix hex.buildbuilds with Hex 2.5.4 has the same 39 files as the published 0.21.0 package. Its metadata differs only in the version and in the missingbuild_envfield, which the Hex 2.6.0-dev the Release workflow installs adds.
