home-baseline ist die versionierte Level-0-Quelle meiner agentischen Workspace-Familie. Sie stellt gemeinsame Regeln, Governance, Skripte, Spec-Kit-Presets und wiederverwendbare Workflow-Verträge bereit.

Level 1 organisiert die Zusammensetzung eines Arbeitsbereichs. Die unabhängigen Level-2-Repositories wie Agent Operations Cockpit, TinyPL/0, TinyCalc, TuiVision und InventarWorkerService behalten ihre eigene Produkt-, Laufzeit- und Projektwahrheit. Sie bauen organisatorisch und governance-seitig auf home-baseline auf, bleiben aber eigenständige Git-Repositories mit eigener Historie und eigenem Lebenszyklus.

Das Projekt verbindet für mich Entwicklungsinfrastruktur, Automatisierung, Governance, Dokumentation und Barrierefreiheit.

home-baseline is the versioned level-0 source for my agentic workspace family. It provides shared policies, governance, scripts, Spec Kit presets, and reusable workflow contracts. Level 1 composes a workspace. The independent level-2 repositories—including Agent Operations Cockpit, TinyPL/0, TinyCalc, TuiVision, and InventarWorkerService—retain their own product, runtime, and project truth. They build on home-baseline organizationally and for governance while remaining independent Git repositories with their own histories and lifecycles. For me, home-baseline brings together development infrastructure, automation, governance, documentation, and accessibility.

GitHub Spec Kit begeistert mich als Werkzeug für Spec-Driven Development. Es verbindet Spezifikation, Planung, Aufgaben und Umsetzung zu einem nachvollziehbaren Entwicklungsfluss.

Auf dieser Grundlage entwickle und pflege ich eigene Governance-Presets. Sie bündeln wiederverwendbare Leitplanken für Sicherheit, Architektur und iSAQB, Barrierefreiheit, plattformübergreifende Entwicklung, Agent Parity, Intake-Lebenszyklen, Modell-Routing sowie begrenzte autonome und parallele Abläufe.

Über home-baseline werden diese Bausteine in meiner Level-0/1/2-Workspace-Struktur verwaltet und abhängig vom jeweiligen Projektprofil eingesetzt.

I am enthusiastic about GitHub Spec Kit as a toolkit for Spec-Driven Development. It connects specification, planning, tasks, and implementation in a traceable development workflow. Building on it, I develop and maintain governance presets of my own. They provide reusable guardrails for security, architecture and iSAQB, accessibility, cross-platform development, agent parity, intake lifecycles, model routing, and bounded autonomous and parallel workflows. Through home-baseline, these building blocks are managed within my level-0/1/2 workspace structure and applied according to each project profile.

With the emerging Agent Operations Cockpit (AOC), I am preparing a public C#/.NET level-2 project for the traceable observation and later control of agentic development environments. The current state intentionally consists of the knowledge, governance, and requirements baseline; product code remains deferred until the defined review and approval gates are satisfied. For me, the project brings together accessibility, evidence-driven governance, human stop gates, and safe agentic development.

Mein wichtigstes Herzensprojekt ist TinyPL/0.
Ich implementiere den klassischen Lehr-Compiler PL/0 von Niklaus Wirth vollständig in C# neu – modernisiert, testbar und in meiner eigenen Architektur.

Das Projekt verbindet Compilerbau, Didaktik, Sprachdesign und Retro-Informatik.

My most important passion project is TinyPL/0. I am reimplementing Niklaus Wirth's classic teaching compiler PL/0 entirely in C# – modernized, testable, and structured in my own architecture. For me, it brings together compiler construction, teaching, language design, and retro computing.

Ein weiteres großes Herzensprojekt von mir ist TinyCalc.
Ich schreibe damit die klassische Tabellenkalkulation Borland MicroCalc vollständig in C# neu – ohne GUI, sondern bewusst als reine Terminal-/Text-UI-Anwendung.

Das Projekt verbindet für mich Retro-Computing, Softwarearchitektur, Testbarkeit und Barrierefreiheit.

Another major passion project of mine is TinyCalc. It is a modern reimplementation of Borland MicroCalc written entirely in C# and deliberately built as a terminal/text UI application. For me, it combines retro computing, software architecture, testability, and accessibility.

With TuiVision, I am building a modern framework for applications that run in the terminal. It focuses on clear text UI, strong keyboard usability, and testable architecture in C#/.NET. For me, it combines accessibility, terminal UX, health-related use cases, and clean software architecture.

InventarWorkerService is a simple example of inventory software in C#/.NET. It stands for robust worker processes, clear architecture, and the connection between domain logic and technical maintainability. For me, it combines domain modeling, background processing, and pragmatic business software.

Mit absdd-image-sandbox entwickle ich eine Podman-basierte Container- und Lernumgebung für Agentic-Based Spec-Driven Development (ABS-DD).

Sie bündelt OpenCode, Codex, Claude Code, Antigravity CLI, GitHub Copilot CLI, GitHub Spec Kit sowie sechs speichersichere Sprachpfade für .NET/C#, Java, Go, Rust, Python und Swift. Das Repository ist bewusst eine kontrollierte Sandbox- und Lernumgebung – keine eigentliche Anwendung.

Das Projekt verbindet für mich agentische Softwareentwicklung, reproduzierbare Toolchains, Sicherheits- und Auditnachweise, Barrierefreiheit und praxisnahe Lernwege für Auszubildende.

With absdd-image-sandbox, I am developing a Podman-based container and learning environment for Agentic-Based Spec-Driven Development (ABS-DD). It brings together OpenCode, Codex, Claude Code, Antigravity CLI, GitHub Copilot CLI, GitHub Spec Kit, and six memory-safe language paths for .NET/C#, Java, Go, Rust, Python, and Swift. The repository is deliberately a controlled sandbox and learning environment rather than an application. For me, it combines agentic software development, reproducible toolchains, security and audit evidence, accessibility, and practical learning paths for apprentices.

Mit Show-CommandTui400 möchte ich klassische OS/400-Bedienideen in die PowerShell-Welt übertragen: Befehle im Terminal finden, Parameter geführt ausfüllen und den vorbereiteten Aufruf zur Bearbeitung übernehmen oder ausdrücklich in der aktuellen Sitzung ausführen.

Geplant ist eine vollständig tastaturbedienbare, barrierefrei gedachte Terminal-Oberfläche für PowerShell 7 auf macOS, Linux und Windows. Das Projekt befindet sich derzeit in der Konzept- und Anforderungsphase; ein installierbares Cmdlet gibt es noch nicht.

With Show-CommandTui400, I want to bring classic OS/400 interaction ideas to PowerShell: finding commands in the terminal, filling in parameters through guided prompts, and transferring the prepared command for editing or explicitly executing it in the current session.

The planned interface is entirely keyboard-driven and designed with accessibility in mind, targeting PowerShell 7 on macOS, Linux, and Windows. The project is currently in the concept and requirements phase; an installable cmdlet is not yet available.
