Release metadata is consistent: pyproject.toml 0.16.0, uv.lock self-version 0.16.0, and a ## [0.16.0] heading that scripts/check-release.py and release.sh publish both match. The [Unreleased] style guide comment stays in place, as scripts/update_changelog.py intends. The 0.16.0 notes claim hotdata-framework>=0.14.0,<0.15, which matches pyproject.toml:44 and the resolved uv.lock entry.
super nit: the first ### Fixed bullet (CHANGELOG.md:42-45) runs four lines, over the three-line hard cap in CLAUDE.md. This entry ships in the release notes. (not blocking)
