feat(auth): add guest login prompt for engaged visitors

Summary

• Implemented a floating guest login prompt component in GuestLoginPrompt.vue mounted in AppLayout.vue.
• Reliable trigger logic using Inertia's router.on('navigate') to count page views across persistent layout transitions.
• Shows prompt after navigating to a 2nd page (with 1.5s delay) or after 25s of continuous reading on the initial page.
• Scoped dismissal to sessionStorage so it stays hidden for that tab/session only once dismissed.
• Added academic GraduationCap icon and redirects to /login?redirect=${currentUrl}.
