• Added an interactive popover card when clicking the VerifiedBadge on a user's profile in User/Show.vue.
• Displays contributor verification details: "[Name] একজন ভেরিফায়েড কন্ট্রিবিউটর" with description of verification by HSCStack.
• Implemented smooth transitions and outside-click auto-dismissal.
