I was just looking a this file the matrix is 3230x3230 but the output count axis is only 31? Also I thought we now go above 150keV

I need to change the titles, this is the full output count axis, its used in the code when generating the correct SRM

This PR adds the necessary calibration files and STIX DRM file for the calibration of STIX data and the creation of an event specific SRM.
