docs-2026.8 is the first idfkit-js documentation artifact published after the EnergyPlus 26.2.0 adoption. Its runtime-list example states 18 versions and '26.2.0' as the latest (idfkit-js#79).

Summary
This PR moves the documentation artifact level in
pyproject.tomlfromdocs-2026.6todocs-2026.8and re-vendors the TypeScript examples and the TypeDoc reference from that artifact.Changes
pyproject.toml:level = "docs-2026.8".docs/snippets/js/reference/versions/reading_the_list_at_runtime.tsnow states 18 versions, with'26.2.0'as the latest. Previously it stated 17 versions and'26.1.0'. The correction comes from idfkit-js#79.docs/typedoc/typedoc.jsonwas regenerated from the idfkit-js 0.4.0 sources.Context
This is the "documentation artifact level carries the release" step of the EnergyPlus 26.2.0 adoption (idfkit-conformance#27). That adoption is waiting on this step. Once this PR merges, the next adoption run proposes the remaining 26.2.0 steps: the table of releases, the tutorial's printed list, and the statements.
Verification
make check-vendored: the vendored artifacts matchdocs-2026.8.make checkpasses, run withIDFKIT_CONFORMANCE_DIRset to a local idfkit-conformance checkout.
