Remove the weekly release check that GitHub disabled for inactivity - #35

Conversation
check-new-release.yml no longer runs. Detection of upstream EnergyPlus releases moves to energyplus-watch.yml in idfkit-conformance, which opens this project's adoption only after its pinned idfkit carries the release.

1. Change
.github/workflows/check-new-release.ymlis removed. GitHub disabled its schedule for inactivity, so it no longer runs.CLAUDE.mdnow points toenergyplus-watch.ymlin idfkit-conformance, which detects upstream releases for all projects.2. Dependency
The replacement is added by the pull request
energyplus-release-adoptionin idfkit-conformance. Merging this one first loses nothing, because the removed workflow is already inactive.
