chore(doc-watch): accept Loomy mobile privacy heading update

Summary

• refresh the Loomy doc-watch snapshot for the mobile privacy-policy heading rename from Android to Loomy mobile
• record the corresponding text hash and five-character length change
• avoid duplicating legal-policy prose in the tutorial because the monitored upstream page is not mirrored as a tutorial page and the detected delta contains no new product guidance or images

Closes #78

Validation

• node scripts/doc-watch/check-updates.mjs --json reports no remaining changes for Loomy or AstronClaw
• npm run docs:build passes and generates 411 search-index chunks
• git diff --check passes
